We will ship your order as soon as possible, but are limited to weekday shipping due to the perishable nature of our products. Shipping prices and arrival dates are clarified during checkout.
The most common mistake in the shipping process is an incorrect addresses. In particular the suite number or apt #. Please triple check the address for accuracy and we will do they same.
We strongly suggest that you notify your gift recipient, so that your gift may be expected and opened immediately upon arrival, and refrigerated.
If a product arrives unsatisfactory due to a shipping issue, or if the quality does not meet your expectations, please do not return the product. Give us call as soon as possible at 404 295 1778 and we will happily arrange a solution.
We are only able to refund purchases within 14 days of purchase. If it's past 14 days, we will provide you with a replacement of equal or greater value. Refunds are processed within 2 business days but may take up to 5 business days to show up on your credit card statement.
